Liquid leakage detection
Use ultra-high sensitivity to detect a leakage of a liquid such as pure water and certain chemicals.
Challenge
Leakage of a liquid can cause a serious hazard, such as giving an electric shock, or exposing operators to dangerous chemicals. To eliminate the risk and quickly restore the situation to normal, the point of the leakage has to be found as soon as possible. The difficulty here is that pure water and certain chemicals are not easily detected.

Solution
It's possible to detect the leakage of liquids such as pure water and isopropyl alcohol by monitoring the resistance between sensing bands. Ultra-high sensitivity enables impedances of up to 50 MΩ to be detected. Furthermore, it's easier to cancel the noise with a unique algorithm. For detecting chemicals, the sensing band is covered with polyethylene to make it more resistant.

Benefit
Leakage of liquid can be found quickly to minimize the down time. Furthermore, it ensures machine safety
